Sarah joined El Dorado, Inc in April 2021 & her primary role is to promote job growth and investment throughout the City of El Dorado, Kansas, with emphasis on business retention and expansion projects. An industrial proactive recruitment campaign, Develop El Dorado, began in 2020 and has been a major focal point for our organizations efforts. The campaign revolves around maintaining and developing relationships with stakeholders, businesses, and partners to procure and facilitate industrial growth for the City. El Dorado, Inc. is a public-private partnership with the City of El Dorado and as such is a partner in the development and implementation of marketing and imaging programs that benefit the City of El Dorado.
